Kajabi Marketing & Growth Strategist – Funnel Audit + Ongoing Consulting

We are looking for an experienced Kajabi marketing and growth strategist to help us understand why our current online marketing system is not generating consistent leads and sales—and then help us improve it.

We are not starting from scratch.

We already have a substantial amount of the infrastructure in place, including:

* A Kajabi website

* Landing pages and opt-in forms

* A free lead magnet

* An existing email list

* Email campaigns and broadcasts

* An online family education course

* Sales pages

* A weekly email

* A podcast and YouTube content

* Blog/content marketing

* Existing social media presence

* Google Analytics and Kajabi reporting

Our business is Kerry Mills, a dementia care education and coaching company. We help families caring for someone living with dementia through education, practical guidance, coaching, and online training.

Our challenge is that although we have built a significant amount of content and infrastructure, we are not seeing meaningful online sales or consistent growth of new qualified email subscribers.

We believe we need an experienced outside strategist to look objectively at the entire system and help us determine where the breakdown is occurring.

### PHASE 1: COMPREHENSIVE AUDIT

The first priority would be an in-depth review of our entire online marketing ecosystem.

We would like you to evaluate the complete customer journey, including:

* How people currently discover us

* Website positioning and messaging

* Homepage structure and calls to action

* Lead magnet positioning

* Landing page conversion

* Opt-in forms

* Email capture

* Email nurture sequences

* Email segmentation

* Sales funnels

* Course positioning

* Offer clarity

* Pricing and packaging

* Sales pages

* Calls to action

* Customer journey from free content to paid product

* Podcast and YouTube integration

* Blog/content strategy

* Social media traffic

* Search/organic opportunities

* Analytics and tracking

* Conversion measurement

* Kajabi automations

* Tags and segmentation

* Opportunities for testing and optimization

We do NOT want someone to automatically recommend rebuilding everything.

We want someone who will first study what already exists, review the data, identify the greatest weaknesses and opportunities, and help us prioritize what should be fixed first.

We would like the audit to answer questions such as:

Why are visitors not becoming subscribers?

Are our lead magnets positioned effectively?

Are we asking people to take the right next step?

Is our email nurture helping move people toward our paid offer?

Is our course positioned correctly?

Is the problem traffic, messaging, conversion, offer, funnel structure—or some combination?

Are we properly using Kajabi’s capabilities?

What are we doing that is unnecessary?

What important components are we missing?

Where should we focus our limited time and marketing budget?

### PHASE 2: STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT

After the initial audit, we would ideally like to continue working with the same person on an ongoing basis.

We envision approximately bi-weekly 1:1 strategy meetings.

During these sessions, we would like help:

* Reviewing results

* Establishing priorities

* Deciding what to test next

* Improving funnels

* Improving conversion rates

* Refining email strategy

* Developing lead-generation strategies

* Evaluating paid advertising opportunities

* Improving our use of Kajabi

* Reviewing analytics

* Establishing measurable KPIs

* Troubleshooting what is not working

* Helping us stay focused on the highest-value activities

* Guiding implementation

We are capable of doing much of the implementation ourselves if we are given clear direction. However, we are also open to having the consultant assist with implementation when appropriate.

### WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR

We are not primarily looking for:

* A web designer

* A Kajabi page builder

* Someone whose first recommendation is a complete redesign

* Someone who simply installs a generic funnel template

* Someone who focuses exclusively on social media posting

* Someone who recommends producing large amounts of additional content without first understanding how our existing content is performing

We already have a significant amount of content.

Our concern is that we may have a distribution, conversion, positioning, or customer-journey problem rather than a content problem.

### IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal person will have strong experience with:

* Kajabi

* Digital marketing strategy

* Lead generation

* Sales funnels

* Conversion rate optimization

* Email marketing

* Email automation

* Customer journeys

* Online course marketing

* Landing page optimization

* Marketing analytics

* Organic and paid acquisition

* Testing and optimization

We would especially value someone who has helped expert-led businesses, coaches, educators, course creators, healthcare-adjacent businesses, or other trust-based businesses turn an existing audience and body of expertise into a functioning online customer acquisition system.

Experience marketing to family caregivers, older adults, healthcare consumers, or similar audiences would be helpful but is not required.

### HOW WE WORK

We are a small husband-and-wife business.

Kerry is the dementia care expert, educator, coach, writer, and primary content creator.

Tim manages much of the business operations, technology, marketing implementation, website, analytics, and distribution.

We are not looking to turn Kerry into a full-time marketer.

Our goal is to create a marketing system that allows Kerry to focus primarily on teaching, writing, recording, and serving families while the marketing infrastructure consistently helps the right people discover her work.

We prefer practical, straightforward systems over overly complicated funnels.

### WHAT SUCCESS WOULD LOOK LIKE

Initially, success would mean that we come away from the audit with a clear understanding of:

1. What is working

2. What is not working

3. Why it is not working

4. What should be fixed first

5. What metrics we should be watching

6. What marketing channels deserve our attention

7. What we should stop doing

8. What we should test over the next 90 days

Longer term, we want to develop a repeatable system that consistently:

Attracts qualified family dementia caregivers → converts them into email subscribers → builds trust through valuable content and email → introduces the appropriate paid solution → generates measurable course sales and coaching inquiries.

### WHEN APPLYING

Please tell us:

* How long you have worked with Kajabi

* Whether you are a Kajabi Partner/Expert or hold any Kajabi certifications

* Examples of businesses you have helped with similar challenges

* Your experience auditing an existing funnel rather than building one from scratch

* How you approach diagnosing low conversion or low sales

* What analytics/data you normally review

* Whether you provide ongoing strategic consulting after the initial audit

* Your typical structure for bi-weekly consulting

* Whether you personally provide the strategy or delegate work to a team

Please also describe what you would want to review during your first 30 days with us.

We are looking for someone who can become a trusted strategic resource—not simply complete a one-time technical project.
