In this role, you will manage an assigned book of clients while leading</p><p>key HR projects that help small and mid-sized businesses strengthen their people practices and</p><p>maintain compliance.</p><p><br></p><p>This position is primarily remote with occasional travel to client sites for meetings, trainings, and</p><p>presentations. <strong>Candidates must live within 50 miles of downtown Orlando, FL.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Type:</strong> Part-Time, Non-Exempt, W-2</p><p><strong>Expected Schedule:</strong> Approximately 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility based on client needs and</p><p>project workload. <span>This is a part-time role that has the option to remain part-time or the possibility to become full-time as we grow and add fractional HR clients to our book of business. </span></p><p><strong>Compensation: $45-$65 per hour</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Fractional HR Client Management</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a strategic Fractional HR advisor to business owners and leadership teams, providing practical guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, performance management, and organizational challenges.</li><li>Serve as the primary Fractional HR consultant for an assigned portfolio of recurring HR consulting clients.</li><li>Build trusted advisor relationships through responsive, proactive, and high-quality HR guidance.</li><li>Partner with business owners and executive teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals and business objectives.</li><li>Address day-to-day HR questions and challenges related to employee relations, performance management, compliance, policies, and best practices.</li><li>Conduct regular client meetings to review priorities, initiatives, and organizational challenges.</li><li>Conduct HR research and present practical, business-focused recommendations to clients.</li><li>Identify opportunities to provide additional HR solutions and services that support client goals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal team members to ensure exceptional client service and project delivery.</li><li>Provide scheduled coverage and respond to calls and emails into the HR Hotline with expert</li><li>HR guidance, when needed.</li><li>Provide scheduled back-up to Seay HR consultants when they are out of office.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>HR Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive HR Diagnostics and present findings, recommendations, and action plans to clients.</li><li>Develop, review, and update employee handbooks and related policies.</li><li>Perform compensation analyses, including market benchmarking, pay structure recommendations, and pay practice reviews.</li><li>Create and administer employee engagement surveys with detailed findings and recommendations based on survey data.</li><li>Lead HR training in-person, including at client-sites and at industry conferences, as well as online webinars.</li><li>Design and implement performance management, organizational development, and leadership development initiatives.</li><li>Develop and manage Affirmative Action Plans and supporting compliance documentation.</li><li>Generate consulting project opportunities by maintaining ongoing client relationships, identifying emerging HR needs, and proposing appropriate project-based solutions and services.</li><li>Coordinate project timelines, communicate milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Professional Expertise</strong></p><ul><li>Stay current on employment laws, HR trends, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Deliver training and educational presentations virtually and in person as needed.</li><li>Contribute to the development of Seay HR resources, templates, and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, business partner, or</li><li>consulting role.</li><li>Prior experience in an HR consulting firm, PEO, or multi-client environment strongly <span>preferred.</span></li><li>Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading HR projects such as employee handbooks, HR audits/diagnostics, compensation reviews, compliance initiatives, or similar engagements.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.</li><li>HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, prompting AI tools, and HR
