You will act as a strategic technology leader responsible for architecting and scaling next-generation workforce capabilities. In this role, you will lead workforce product strategy, design end-to-end AI and enterprise solutions, and align platform investments across Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft to measurable business outcomes and elevated employee experiences.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Workforce Tech Strategy & Architecture: Design and scale end-to-end enterprise workforce architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and emerging AI platforms.</li><li>AI & Automation Innovation: Lead the evaluation, piloting, and implementation of agentic AI, automation (Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot), and intelligent workflows to modernize employee and manager experiences.</li><li>Product Portfolio Management: Define workforce product visions, multi-year roadmaps, and value-realization metrics focused on business outcomes rather than just tech delivery.</li><li>Value Realization & Business Cases: Develop robust business cases for technology investments and track ROI metrics/KPIs to ensure maximum business impact and platform adoption.</li><li>Cross-Functional Executive Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and business executives, translating complex technical strategies into clear business language and driving alignment across matrixed teams.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Core Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Success in this role requires a candidate who is a Strategic Partner aligning tech to business goals, an Innovation Pioneer scaling emerging AI technologies, and a Customer-Centric Leader focused on delivering seamless employee experiences. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li>10+ years of progressive experience in HR/Workforce Tech, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or Solution Architecture.</li><li>5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams, complex product portfolios, or enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Enterprise Platform Oversight: Strategic architectural knowledge across Workday (Core HCM/Integrations), ServiceNow (HRSD/Case Management), and the Microsoft Enterprise Ecosystem (M365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI).</li><li>AI Implementation Track Record: Demonstrated success architecting and scaling AI-enabled workforce tools, automated orchestrations, and productivity-enhancing solutions.</li><li>Executive Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex corporate environments, construct high-level business cases, and build strong enterprise partnerships.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Pay Range<br><br></strong>The annual salary for this position is between $174,500.00 - $348,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
