About Ripple Property Management

Ripple is a Calgary-based property management company built for how residential real estate works today. We pair smart technology with a personal, people-first approach to help owners get the most from their properties and give tenants an experience they actually enjoy. Our 4.7-star Google rating comes from a simple commitment: be transparent, respond fast, and make every interaction easy for owners and tenants alike.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a warm, polished Weekend Showing Agent to lead in-person property showings across Calgary on Saturdays and Sundays. This role is for someone with a hospitality background who loves meeting people and takes pride in making every visit feel easy and welcoming.

On weekends, you're the face of Ripple for prospective tenants and the link between them and our weekday team. Showmojo handles the scheduling, our leasing team handles the follow-up, and you make sure every showing leaves a great first impression.

What You'll Do

  • Showings: Lead in-person tours that feel personal and well prepared, never rushed or transactional.
  • Connecting with people: Greet prospective tenants warmly, answer their questions about the home and the neighbourhood, and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
  • Property readiness: Arrive ahead of each showing to make sure the home is clean, well lit and ready to show.
  • Schedule and logistics: Manage your weekend route across Calgary in Showmojo and stay on time from one showing to the next.
  • Property security: Close up every property after a showing: lights off, doors locked, and keys returned to the lockbox.
  • Hand-off to the weekday team: Share notes on interested prospects and anything you noticed at the property so our leasing team can follow up on Monday.

We'd love to meet you if you have:

  • Experience: 3+ years in hospitality, luxury service, fine dining or premium retail.
  • People skills: You build rapport quickly in person and make people feel cared for.
  • Attention to detail: You notice the small things that make a home feel welcoming, and you never leave a property unlocked.
  • Weekend availability: Reliable availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Comfort with technology: You’re comfortable using Google Workspace and scheduling apps on the go.
  • Reliable transportation: A valid Alberta driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle for travel to properties across Calgary.
  • Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in real estate, leasing or residential property operations.
  • Familiarity with Showmojo or monday.com.

Why Join Ripple?

  • A schedule that fits: Steady Saturday and Sunday work that fits around a weekday job, school or other commitments.
  • Ownership with backup: You run your weekend showings independently, with our leasing team a message away when you need a hand.
  • Work smarter, not harder: Showmojo and our internal tools handle scheduling and reminders, so you can focus on the people in front of you.
  • A reputation you can build on: Our 4.7-star rating means prospects arrive expecting a great experience, and you get to deliver it.

  • Mileage reimbursement: Paid for all travel between showings at the CRA rate ($0.73/km).
  • Hands-on training: Full training on our showing process and property technology.
  • Room to grow: A path into full-time operations as our portfolio grows.
  • Pay: $24 - $28 / hour
