This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflows, maintaining high productivity standards, and enforcing company policies.<strong> Experience in Logistics industry Freight Forwarding.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>🧩Experience: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Three to Five years related experience or equivalent in Logistics industry - Freight Forwarding.</li><li>Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.</li><li>Forklift certified.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>🎯 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.</li><li>Ensure inventory is properly stored, labeled, and managed according to company standards.</li><li>Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth operational flow.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance productivity.</li><li>Implement best practices in warehouse management and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Support team members by picking, packing, shipping and transporting incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack, and/or elevator.</li><li>Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.</li><li>Ensure that warehouse operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.</li><li>Maintains a safe, clean working environment.</li><li>Participates in quality improvement efforts.</li><li>Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>🎓EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
