Warehouse Stocker / Order Puller

Position Summary

NEPA Wholesale is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Stocker / Order Puller to maintain an organized warehouse and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. This position involves stocking merchandise, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for customer pickup or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive merchandise and stock products in their designated warehouse locations.
  • Pull customer orders accurately using invoices, pick lists, or order sheets.
  • Verify products, flavors, quantities, and case counts before completing orders.
  • Prepare and organize completed orders for customer pickup or delivery.
  • Restock shelves and picking locations throughout the day.
  • Keep merchandise organized and easy to locate.
  • Rotate inventory as needed to ensure older stock is used first.
  • Report damaged, missing, incorrect, or low-stock merchandise to management.
  • Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
  • Participate in inventory counts when required.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
  • Break down boxes, remove trash, and keep aisles and work areas clear.
  • Handle products carefully to prevent damage or loss.
  • Follow warehouse procedures and instructions from supervisors and management.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
  • Able to read and understand customer orders and product information.
  • Strong attention to detail when stocking merchandise and pulling orders.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Able to perform duties involving standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting merchandise throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Committed to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Previous warehouse, stocking, picking, or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.

Performance Expectations

Employees are expected to prioritize order accuracy, productivity, warehouse organization, and proper inventory handling. Customer orders must be pulled correctly, checked thoroughly, and prepared promptly for pickup or delivery.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
