Position Title: Warehouse Attendant

Reports To: Office Assistant Manager

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for efficiently managing inventory, offloading trucks, receiving and taking in deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and surrounding facilities, and assisting installers in the field when required. This role ensures smooth warehouse operations and supports the overall logistical functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unload incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and proper handling of goods.
  • Assist in taking in deliveries by inspecting, counting, and storing products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Make deliveries of products when needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly tracked.
  • Organize the warehouse by keeping aisles, shelves, and storage areas clean, tidy, and accessible.
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse, facilities, and surrounding premises to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
  • Support the loading of outgoing shipments and distribution of materials.
  • Help install or assist installers in the field when necessary, providing logistical support to ensure timely and efficient installation processes.
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, delivery personnel, and field staff to coordinate activities and resolve any issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse and company operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations or material handling preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks regularly.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse safety procedures.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
