Job duties may include general office assistance and administrative support for individual departments at UW-Green Bay. Key Job Responsibilities: Tracks, stocks, orders, and inventories office supplies to ensure adequate materials are available for workplace operation Sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications to the appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations Serves as first point of contact for individuals and groups providing basic organizational information via phone, in person, and through other communication mediums, routing more complex inquiries to the appropriate entities Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication, organizational and administrative skills Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook) Capacity to work autonomously and in a self-directed fashion Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making Conditions of Appointment: A pre-employment education check which includes, but is not limited to, the verification of academic credentials will be conducted on the finalist(s).
