Oversee and manage the structured credit portfolio at Bank of America. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the performance of the structured credit portfolio. Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities in the structured credit market. Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure the structured credit portfolio aligns with overall business objectives. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes related to structured credit. Utilize strong analytical skills to assess risk and make informed decisions regarding the structured credit portfolio. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster business growth and retention. Prepare and present reports on the performance of the structured credit portfolio to senior management. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the management of the structured credit portfolio. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in structured credit. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Continuously monitor and assess the structured credit market to identify potential risks and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management and legal, to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Represent Bank of America at industry events and conferences to promote the structured credit business.
