Statewide ECF CHOICES Manager

Job Description:

  • Provide statewide operational leadership and oversight for ECF CHOICES programs
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and consistent application of program policies and procedures
  • Lead workforce development initiatives
  • Support employee engagement and retention efforts
  • Provide performance management and staff development across the program
  • Provide clinical oversight and drive operational excellence and positive outcomes for ECF CHOICES members and supporting teams
  • Evaluate and enhance workflow efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
  • Lead performance improvement efforts and implement best-practice solutions
  • Manage supervisory-level personnel and support coordination staff
  • Support hiring and ongoing training of the support coordination team
  • Establish partnerships and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms for tracking, trending, and monitoring initiatives and outcomes
  • Gather, analyze, and present data to comply with reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency policies, procedures, and standards through documentation review, clinical outcomes analysis, and staff education

Requirements:

  • RN, preferably with current Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse (CDDN) certification; or bachelor’s degree in social work, nursing, education, another human service or health care profession, or related field
  • Meet federal requirements for a Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) or Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP)
  • 5 years of supervisory experience required
  • 3 years of experience providing support coordination to persons receiving long-term care and/or home and community based services required
  • Experience with ECF CHOICES, LTSS TennCare, or community-based programs strongly preferred
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to perform non-routine analytical tasks
  • Team development skills
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-system challenges
  • Proven leadership abilities that promote growth and development of employees
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
