Key Responsibilities

As an Online Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of data integrity for our airline operations projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Enter, update, and validate flight, crew, and maintenance data into arenaflex’s proprietary systems with precision.
  • Perform rigorous cross-checks against source documents to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain organized digital records, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—operations, IT, and analytics—to refine data workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Track and meet daily or weekly data entry targets, reporting progress to project leads.
  • Document data entry procedures and contribute to knowledge base updates.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and processing speed.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 words per reputed company with exceptional accuracy.
