Retail Activations Representative

As a Device Activation Representative, you’ll answer calls from Best Buy Health customers and help them activate their wireless devices and accessories. This includes processing activations and answering questions while maintaining a friendly, helpful tone. You’ll also recommend products, plans and services based on each customer’s needs. To succeed in this role, you must use strong communication and problem-solving skills in your conversations.<br><br>This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.<br><br>What you’ll do<br><br><ul><li>Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing relevant and accurate information on products and services</li><li>Answer questions and provide appropriate solutions</li><li>Present and sell new products and health services</li><li>Achieve performance based on goals</li><li>Maintain knowledge of all Best Buy Health wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and services<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>6 months or more of customer service, call center or sales experience</li><li>6 months or more of experience troubleshooting technical issues and navigating multiple applications and systems simultaneously</li><li>Access to high-speed internet<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment</li><li>Experience working with senior-aged customers</li><li>Professional, energetic and positive attitude<br><br></li></ul><strong>What’s In It For You<br><br></strong>We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
