Key Responsibilities Product Listing & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, back-end keywords, and A+ Content. Catalog & Inventory Management: Monitor inventory health, reconciliations, stranded/blocked listings, FBA/FBM coordination, and restock alerts. Customer Service: Respond to buyer messages, reputed company returns/refunds, and resolve performance notifications within SLA.
