Remote Project Coordinator

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Project Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting project planning, coordinating schedules, tracking project milestones, maintaining documentation, and assisting project teams in delivering successful business initiatives in a fully remote environment.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to organize project activities, monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure projects remain on schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily project activities and schedules
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting agendas and notes
  • Maintain project documentation and records
  • Monitor project progress and report status updates
  • Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Assist with resource planning and task assignments
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Identify project risks and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks
  • Help ensure projects remain organized and on schedule
  • Perform additional project coordination duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, customer service, office support, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
