Position Overview

We’re looking for a meticulous Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our growing data infrastructure. This role is available on both full‑time and part‑time schedules, allowing you to tailor your workload to fit your lifestyle. As a key member of our data operations team, you’ll ensure that every piece of information—whether it’s ticket sales, venue schedules, or customer feedback—is captured accurately, stored securely, and readily accessible for analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Capture & Entry: Input diverse data sets from paper documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, and online forms into arenaflex’s proprietary database systems.
  • Data Verification: Cross‑check entries against source documents, flag discrepancies, and correct errors to maintain 99.9% accuracy.
  • Database Maintenance: Perform routine updates, clean‑ups, and archiving to keep the database current and efficient.
  • Document Management: Organize physical and digital reputed company, ensuring they are labeled, indexed, and stored in compliance with arenaflex’s data governance policies.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal stakeholders, using tools such as Excel, reputed company Sheets, and Power BI.
