Role Overview

As a Customer Operations Associate at arenaflex, you will be the frontline voice that connects our customers with the solutions they need. Your empathy, communication skills, and problem‑solving abilities will ensure that every interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information on orders, billing, account management, and service requests.
