This position is located at 459 E Interstate 20, Arlington, Texas, 76018 United States<br><br><strong>Role Summary<br><br></strong>A Product Flow Specialist supports the back of house operations and the flow of product from receipt to placement. Responsibilities also include supporting the service experience and furniture pick-up process. <br><br><strong>Role Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Business + Visual Operations<br><br><ul><li>Supports product flow processes which include shipment receipt, unpackaging, ticketing, and preparing product for floor placement. </li><li>Upholds pricing standards to support brand value proposition </li><li>Supports ongoing product assessment to maintain healthy merchandise sell-through and ensure current customer assortment </li><li>Maintains organizational standards to support operational efficiency and cleanliness in processing areas, back of house, and salesfloor. </li><li>Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store <br><br></li></ul>Customer Experience <br><br><ul><li>Initiates conversation with customers, informing them of current promotions, pricing, and product information </li><li>Contributes to an organized shopping experience by merchandise recovery as a result of go-backs and misplaced merchandise <br><br></li></ul>Communication + Relationships <br><br><ul><li>Works productively with a team to efficiently unload, unpack, and process all shipment </li><li>Facilitates the sharing of relevant information regarding shipment and back of house organization with the team </li><li>Communicates daily with the leadership team on supply needs, flow of shipment, support needs, damage issues, and product discrepancies </li><li>Ensures timeliness and accountability to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment <br><br></li></ul><strong>Role Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Works well in a team environment </li><li>Exudes excellent time and project management skills </li><li>Interprets direction and asks clarifying questions </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights weekends and holidays.<br><br></li></ul><strong> The Perks <br><br></strong>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
