Job Overview Hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 3 Saturdays a month We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. This role requires strong communication and computer skills, attenti ... on to detail, and proficiency in office management tasks. The ability to handle dogs of different sizes is a must. Duties • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner • Manage calls appropriately and schedule grooming appointments • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for groomers • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and grooming area • Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients • Use 123Pets, our scheduling software • Handle office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements • Previous experience in an office environment or as a receptionist is preferred • Strong computer skills • Excellent phone etiquette • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with clients • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Strong time management skills to prioritize responsibilities effectively • Experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly valued • experience as a receptionist in a grooming salon or veterinary office is a plus If you are passionate about providing outstanding service and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
