Provider Relations Advisor - Encore - Remote
This position is part of the Encore Program and is intended for eligible former Cigna/Evernorth employees who meet Encore Program requirements. This is a part-time, hourly position.
The Provider Relations Advisor is a key member of National Ancillary Tools and Capabilities Team. This role will provide a variety of operational support functions within the team. This role will support the operational reporting, service processes, with a focus on successful delivery of the highest value projects.
In addition, this role will support operational functions across the team as part of on-going business process improvements, centralization and related responsibilities. As a member of the Tools and Capabilities team, this role entails analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Power Queries
- Data transformation, cleansing, and validation
- Working with large, structured and semi-structured datasets
- Performance optimization and reporting accuracy
- Use of AI tools (Copilot, AI Builder)
- Prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflow development
- Application of AI to process automation and decision support
- Documents departmental policies, procedures and work instructions
- Provides tactical operations support to assigned groups
- Develops and maintains controls associated with reporting and operational responsibilities
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills is required
- Strong knowledge of National Ancillary programs is preferred
- Motivated, proactive self-starter who takes ownership and is results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with all levels
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks/projects and perform work under minimal supervision with exceptional outcomes.

- Power Query (advanced) – ETL (extract, transform, load), data shaping, automation of data preparation
- M Code (Power Query language) – development and optimization of complex queries, custom transformations, and scalable data logic
- Power BI or other visualization tools
