Picker/packer Associate

Job Title: Packaging Technician
Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm | 4:00pm-12:30am (OT is mandatory when required)
Pay: $16-17/hr (Based on the shift)

Position Overview: We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Technicians to support daily warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for packaging products according to company standards, ensuring quality and accuracy, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and assisting with various warehouse functions as needed.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Package products according to company and customer specifications.

  • Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling before packaging.

  • Prepare finished goods for shipment, including packing, labeling, and palletizing.

  • Operate packaging equipment and related warehouse machinery safely.

  • Maintain accurate records of packaged products and completed work.

  • Ensure packaging materials and supplies are stocked and readily available.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies when identified.

  • Support other warehouse and production functions as needed to meet operational demands.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.

  • Must wear closed-toe shoes.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
