Role Overview
We are currently hiring two Part-Time Medical Administrative Assistants to support our daily operations.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication abilities, as you will play a key role in supporting both patients and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities
Performing general administrative tasks
Accurate data entry and record management
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
Preparing reports and patient-related documentation
Handling patient queries with professionalism and empathy
Supporting internal workflow processes
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Previous experience in administration or customer service (medical background is a plus)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and priorities effectively
Professional communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
