Pay Rate: $26.67 – $27.00 per hour

Beau Dietl & Associates Security Services is seeking a professional and experienced Field Supervisor / Licensed Security Guard to join our New York operations team.

Position Requirements

  • Valid New York State Security Guard License
  • Clean New York State Driving Record
  • Will operate a marked company vehicle
  • Prior experience as a Field Supervisor, Security Supervisor, or Security Manager
  • Open availability and flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings
  • Professional appearance and image appropriate for a supervisory position
  • Strong incident report writing and documentation skills
  • Ability to prepare accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) using the assigned security reporting application
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively supervise security personnel and conduct field inspections
  • Ability to respond to security incidents and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Must understand, speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Ability to operate a company patrol vehicle safely and responsibly

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct unannounced field inspections of assigned security locations listed by zone
  • Supervise and support security personnel in the field
  • Ensure officers maintain proper post coverage, appearance, conduct, and compliance with post orders
  • Prepare and submit accurate Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns as directed
  • Maintain regular communication with Senior Management
  • Monitor staffing, attendance, and operational compliance
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and client requirements are consistently followed

This is a hands-on supervisory position requiring professionalism, accountability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in the field.
