No-Code Developer: Airtable + Softr + Make.com Build for Faith-Based Discipleship Platform

I’m building a real, two-sided platform for churches: a free tool that helps church staff genuinely know and connect their congregation, and a paid subscription that delivers a daily, personalized Bible lesson to individuals based on their own church’s sermons and their personal spiritual journey.

The full technical specification is attached and should be read in its entirety before applying. It includes:

• A complete Airtable schema (16 tables, with real relationships between them)

• A Softr staff dashboard (10 distinct views)

• 15 automation workflows in Make.com or n8n, connecting Airtable, the Claude API, WhatsApp Business API, Google Cloud TTS, and Stripe

This is a real, detailed, already-thought-through project, not a vague idea. The specification includes genuine safety and privacy requirements throughout (age-appropriate access, gender-appropriate matching, mandatory human approval steps, real-time crisis detection) that must be built exactly as described, not simplified or skipped for speed. Please read the full document carefully before submitting a proposal.

What You’ll Be Building

• The complete Airtable database structure

• The Softr-based staff dashboard, styled to match the provided visual reference (mockup and vision board attached)

• All 15 automation workflows described in the spec

• WhatsApp Business API message template submission (this should begin immediately upon starting, since Meta’s approval process has real, unpredictable lead time)

• Stripe integration for subscription billing and a free trial flow

What I’ll Be Providing

I’m writing all real content myself, in parallel with your build: the actual onboarding conversation language, matching logic details, and more, delivered to you on a real, ongoing schedule as each piece is finished. You are not starting with a checklist and no substance behind it. The AI system prompt driving the daily personalized content is already complete and will be provided to you in full, ready to use, from day one.

Accounts and Ownership

All real accounts (Airtable, Softr, Make.com/n8n, Stripe, Google Cloud, Anthropic) will be created and owned by me. You will be added as a collaborator. This is a real work-for-hire project: all code, configurations, and system designs belong entirely to me, with no ongoing rights retained by you as the developer.

Timeline and Budget

Realistic timeline for a developer with genuine relevant experience: 4-6 weeks. I’m open to real proposals on both timeline and budget based on your own assessment of the attached scope, please don’t lowball a guess without actually reading the spec first. I’d prefer to structure payment in milestones (schema complete, dashboard complete, automation complete, testing complete) rather than a single lump sum.

To Apply

Please confirm you’ve read the full attached specification, and include:

1. Real, relevant past work (Airtable/Softr/Make.com specifically, not just general web development)

2. Your own realistic timeline estimate after reading the actual scope

3. Any real questions or ambiguities you noticed in the spec — genuinely, the more thoughtful your questions, the more it tells me you actually read it

Required Skills

• Real, demonstrated experience with Airtable (complex schemas, linked records, automations)

• Real, demonstrated experience with Softr (or a clear willingness/ability to learn quickly, with examples of similarly fast ramp-up on other tools)

• Make.com or n8n, at a genuinely advanced level (multi-step workflows, API integrations, conditional logic)

• Experience integrating third-party APIs (WhatsApp Business API, Stripe, any LLM API)
