Learning Trainer, GSP3
Summary: Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking Learning Trainers to support operations leaders and associates in their fulfillment centers. The role involves training and motivating associates while also performing production duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Learning Trainers will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe
- Learning Trainer roles may include production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
