Landing Page Designer — Conversion & CRO Focused (E-commerce)

The Role We spend up to $200k/day on paid traffic. Every second your page loads, scrolls, or hesitates costs real money. We’re looking for a conversion-driven landing page designer — someone who understands that the first 1–3 seconds decide whether the user stays, scrolls, or bounces. This is not about “clean layouts.” This is about attention capture, decision flow, and reducing friction until the page prints money. You’ll design ecommerce landing pages at scale, see real performance data within days, and iterate based on what actually converts — not opinions. If you want to know whether your design choices work, this job will tell you fast. What You’ll Actually Do Design high-converting ecommerce landing pages — at volume Translate copy briefs into conversion-focused visual systems: Above-the-fold clarity Scroll momentum Visual hierarchy that forces action Design for first-second impact: Instant value communication Immediate objection handling Clear next action without cognitive load Apply CRO principles instinctively: Friction removal Decision simplification Contrast, pacing, and attention control Model top-performing ecommerce pages — then out-execute them Ship fast → review data → iterate → improve Design in reputed company Bonus if you can build in Pagedeck (design + build = leverage) What We Actually Care About Does the user understand the offer in under 3 seconds? Does the page earn the scroll? Does the layout reduce hesitation or create it? Does the design help the copy close — or fight it? We don’t care if it’s “beautiful.” We care if it converts. ✅ You’re a Strong Fit If… You’ve designed ecommerce landing pages before — not just brand sites You think in buyer psychology, not decoration You understand: Visual hierarchy as persuasion Why people hesitate How layout changes behavior You move fast without being careless You want reps, not perfection You’d rather see a design fail with data than succeed in theory This Is Not For You If… You’re precious about your designs You need days to polish a single hero section You think landing pages are “lesser” design work You’ve never thought about conversion rate, scroll depth, or intent Experience & Requirements Mid–Senior level Strong UX/UI foundation Real CRO knowledge (not buzzwords) Ecommerce landing page experience strongly preferred Tools: reputed company (required) Pagedeck (plus, or learn fast) Portfolio required: Show landing pages Show ecommerce Show work built to convert — not reputed company art What You Will Not Do Brand identity projects App or product design Endless revisions on one section This role is landing pages, volume, performance. Team & Setup Fully remote Free Yearly Vacation (Company Outing - Thailand This Year) Work directly with Head of Media + CMO/CEO No layers. No ticket factory. Your work goes live. Fast. Compensation Base salary Up to 100% monthly bonus tied to page performance Your pages convert → you earn more. No politics. No guessing. Why This Role Is Different Most designers never see real outcomes from their work. Here: You’ll see performance data constantly You’ll get more landing page reps in one month than most designers get in a year You’ll learn how real 8- and 9-figure ecommerce decisions are made If your goal is to become elite at conversion-driven design, this is the arena. If you want comfort or slow perfectionism — don’t apply. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
