Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Our client is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join their team!

This is a 40 hour per week ongoing freelance role through EOY. This is an entry level role for an exciting skincare company! Ideally you will have experience with CreatorIQ!

Responsibilities:
-Manage influencer and creator outreach, including re-engaging previously active influencers and identifying new partnership opportunities
-Conduct proactive email and social outreach to build and nurture creator relationships
-Support community management efforts by monitoring comments, messages, and brand mentions across social channels
-Perform social listening to identify creators organically discussing the brand and facilitate product gifting opportunities
-Coordinate influencer gifting and creator seeding programs, including tracking shipments and campaign participation
-Maintain influencer databases, outreach records, and communication tracking
-Partner closely with the Social Media, Influencer, and Creative teams to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives
-Follow up with influencers to drive participation, strengthen relationships, and maximize engagement

Requirements:
-1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, community management, or creator partnerships
-Experience using CreatorIQ is highly preferred, other influencer marketing platforms will be considered 
-Strong written communication skills with experience conducting outreach via email, DM, and social platforms
-Experience managing influencer relationships, gifting programs, or creator seeding initiatives
-Familiarity with social listening tools and identifying brand engagement opportunities
-Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach efforts and follow-ups simultaneously
-Passion for social media, creator marketing, and digital trends
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
