<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Teach and mentor students in <strong>IB Mathematics for Grades 10–12</strong>.</li><li>Deliver engaging, structured, and student-focused lessons tailored to individual learning needs.</li><li>Develop students’ conceptual understanding, mathematical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Support students with <strong>IB coursework, assignments, Internal Assessment (IA), and exam preparation</strong>, as appropriate.</li><li>Prepare students for IB assessments using past papers, practice questions, and examination techniques.</li><li>Identify learning gaps and create targeted improvement plans.</li><li>Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/guardians.</li><li>Explain complex mathematical concepts clearly using practical examples and multiple approaches.</li><li>Help students develop effective study, revision, and time-management strategies.</li><li>Stay updated with the relevant <strong>IB Mathematics curriculum, assessment structure, and examination requirements</strong>.</li><li>Maintain appropriate academic records and communicate progress professionally.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in <strong>Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Education</strong>, or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the <strong>IB Mathematics curriculum</strong> for Grades 10–12.</li><li>Prior experience teaching or tutoring <strong>IB Mathematics</strong> students is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
