Head of Growth (Beauty, Wellness & Fashion Brands - Remote)

TNGE is a founder-led performance and brand agency for beauty, wellness and fashion brands. We're growing fast, because most agencies do one thing well: performance shops optimise ROAS without understanding what sells a beauty brand, and creative agencies make beautiful work they can't measure. You'll run campaigns yourself in Meta and Google Ads, work in GA4, Klaviyo and Shopify, and collaborate with our creative strategists and content leads.

Your responsibilities

Paid social: Full campaign management on Meta and TikTok.
