<p><br><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p><strong>Graphic & Multimedia Designer</strong></p><p><br> <strong>Position Summary<br></strong> Our client is seeking a versatile Graphic & Multimedia Designer to support both visual design and video content creation initiatives. This role is a combination of graphic design and multimedia production, making it ideal for a creative professional who enjoys balancing static design work with hands-on video creation.<br> The successful candidate will create engaging visual communications across digital, social, presentation, and marketing channels while also producing authentic video content from concept through final delivery. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop content that communicates key messages clearly, creatively, and consistently. This hybrid role combines responsibilities reflected in both design-focused and multimedia-focused positions.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong> <strong>Graphic Design </strong></p><ul><li>Design and update marketing collateral, presentations, fact sheets, sales materials, social graphics, digital assets, and other corporate communications.</li><li>Create visually compelling content for email campaigns, websites, internal communications, and social media platforms.</li><li>Ensure all creative materials adhere to established brand standards and visual guidelines.</li><li>Adapt and repurpose creative assets across multiple channels and formats.</li><li>Support executive-level presentations and internal stakeholder communications.</li><li>Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear visual solutions.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Multimedia & Video Production </strong></p><ul><li>Plan, film, edit, and produce short-form video content for social media, internal communications, marketing campaigns, recruiting efforts, and executive messaging.</li><li>Independently execute "run-and-gun" style filming in office, event, and stakeholder environments.</li><li>Produce interviews, thought leadership content, event recaps, product demonstrations, employee spotlights, and social-first video assets.</li><li>Edit footage into engaging content using motion graphics, transitions, captions, and brand-compliant visual elements.</li><li>Adapt video content across multiple formats and platforms.</li><li>Identify storytelling opportunities and proactively recommend content ideas that support organizational goals.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Collaboration & Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with marketing, communications, product, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadline commitments.</li><li>Participate in creative reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.</li><li>Utilize project management and collaboration tools to track deliverables and workflow.</li><li>Contribute ideas that improve creative processes, templates, and team efficiency.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.</li><li>3-5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, content creation, or related creative roles.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to create both static visual assets and video content.</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including:</li><ul><li>Photoshop</li><li>Illustrator</li><li>InDesign</li><li>Premiere Pro</li><li>After Effects</li></ul><li>Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Experience translating technical, business, or complex concepts into engaging visual content.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting corporate, enterprise, or B2B organizations.</li><li>Experience creating social media, marketing, and executive communication content.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools and creative workflow systems.</li><li>Experience supporting multiple business units or internal clients.</li><li>Experience using digital asset management systems and content management platforms.</li><li>Exposure to agency environments or shared-service creative teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Portfolio Requirements<br></strong> Candidates should provide:</p><ul><li>Examples of graphic design work including presentations, marketing collateral, social assets, and fact sheets.</li><li>Examples of self-produced video content demonstrating filming and editing capabilities.</li><li>Samples that showcase both static design and multimedia storytelling skills.</li></ul><p> <br></p><p>Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
