Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

    Incident Research & Documentation:

    Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Operations, Safety, and IT—to investigate high‑impact customer issues, gather all relevant data, and maintain meticulous records that support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

      Customer Experience History Management:

      Collaborate with partner organizations and external contact centers to build a detailed chronology of escalated incidents, ensuring that each case reflects a complete and accurate customer journey.

        Leadership Communication:

          Process Improvement Initiatives:
