Front Desk Receptionist — Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Perkins MD is currently hiring a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist for our Bronx location.

We are looking for someone professional, organized, friendly, and comfortable working in a busy medical office environment. This position is ideal for someone who communicates well with patients, can multitask, and knows how to keep the front desk running smoothly throughout the day.

174 E 205th St
Bronx, NY 10458

Schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay:
$20 per hour

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients
  • Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with patient questions
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Managing patient information and front desk paperwork
  • Communicating with patients regarding appointments and office instructions
  • Maintaining an organized and professional reception area
  • Working closely with medical staff and other members of the office team
  • Assisting with general administrative and front desk duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional and friendly attitude
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable speaking with patients in person and over the phone
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or medical office experience is preferred
