Fall Intern - PR and Marketing

Location: Remote (U.S.) with opportunity to support on-site for client events, shoots, etc. | Los Angeles or New York preferred
Schedule: 15-20 hours per week (Flexible)
Duration: 12–16 weeks
Compensation: College Credit Internship, must be enrolled in an accredited two or four year college or university.

About the Role

Interns are treated as junior team members and are actively involved in campaign execution, media outreach, and talent relations. You’ll gain direct exposure to how talent brands are built, how press is secured, and how partnerships are structured from negotiation through execution.

This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced, culturally relevant spaces spanning beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent & Brand Partnerships
- Assist in managing brand partnerships from outreach to execution
- Track deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements
- Support usage rights tracking and reporting
- Coordinate gifting and product seeding logistics
- Public Relations
- Research and build media lists
- Draft pitch emails and assist with outreach
- Help develop press materials (bios, media alerts, fact sheets)
- Track media coverage and compile press recaps
- Support event coordination and press moments
- Strategy & Operations
- Conduct trend and market research
- Assist in developing decks, one-sheets, and case studies
- Maintain trackers and internal documents
- Contribute insights in strategy meetings

What We’re Looking For
- Prior internship or relevant experience in PR, marketing, media, or entertainment preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Deep interest in influencer marketing, talent management, and PR
- Strong awareness of pop culture, digital trends, and the creator economy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
