<p><strong>Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Atlanta, GA</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> $70,000–$75,000 + Benefits</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday | Full-Time | In Office</p><p><br></p><p>Position Overview</p><p>Our client, a leading private equity firm, is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to join their Atlanta office. This role will provide high-level support to 4–5 senior executives while serving as the front-of-house representative for the office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Executive Support</p><ul><li>Provide high-level administrative support to 4–5 Principals and Vice Presidents.</li><li>Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics.</li><li>Prepare presentations, reports, and other business correspondence.</li><li>Coordinate board meetings, investor meetings, conferences, and firm events.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li></ul><p>Front Desk & Office Operations</p><ul><li>Greet visitors, candidates, and clients while serving as the first point of contact for the office.</li><li>Coordinate conference room schedules, visitor logistics, and office space bookings.</li><li>Order office and kitchen supplies and liaise with building management and vendors.</li><li>Support onboarding logistics and ensure the office operates efficiently day-to-day.</li></ul><p>Administrative Support</p><ul><li>Assist with special projects and firm initiatives.</li><li>Maintain organized records and documentation.</li><li>Provide backup support to the Executive Assistant team as needed.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required.</li><li>1–3 years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or related experience.</li><li>Previous experience within private equity, financial services, investment banking, or another professional services environment is a plus.</li><li>Strong calendar management, organizational, and multitasking skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).</li><li>Professional, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p>Skills</p><ul><li>Executive calendar management</li><li>Travel coordination</li><li>Event planning</li><li>Office operations</li><li>Meeting and conference coordination</li><li>Expense reporting</li><li>Vendor management</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize competing deadlines</li><li>Professionalism and discretion</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Please submit your resume for consideration!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>References</strong></p><p>You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
