Customer Service Specialist, 2nd Shift

Job Description:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
  • Offer additional products during each customer interaction
  • Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience
  • Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
  • Work a set full-time schedule that includes weekends and is not Monday–Friday
  • Work from home in a virtual environment

Requirements:

  • 12 months or more of customer service experience
  • Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of styles
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens
  • Provide your own Microsoft 11 computer and additional required equipment following HSN computer system requirements
  • Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems and partner with IT when needed
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
  • Must reside in Virginia or an HSN approved state
  • Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
  • Spanish bilingual opportunity also available
