You will lead the contractual processes with all partners. You will report to the VP, Chief Operations and Admin Officer, Westinghouse Government Services, 100% Remote role.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Review and coordinate Request for Proposals including pricing, change orders and modifications</li><li>Solicit, award and manage Purchase Orders and Subcontracts</li><li>Manage Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements</li><li>Apply knowledge of Other Transaction Authority (OTA) and IDIQ contracts</li><li>Support Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) reviews and audits</li><li>Negotiate successful outcomes on contracts</li><li>Manage contract/subcontract reporting systems</li><li>Conduct FAR research and recommend compliant approaches<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>10+ years experience in contract management with federal contracts</li><li>Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements</li><li>Knowledge of government systems, programs and contractual obligations between a government body, a privately-run company and multiple sub-contractors</li><li>Experience at the Department of Energy or Department of Defense preferred.</li><li>Certified Professional Contracts Manager or similar preferred.</li><li>Ability to travel when required<br><br></li></ul>We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
