Construction Laborer

Location: San Antonio, TX 78259
Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Weekends: OFF
Overtime: Plenty of overtime available


Looking for a hands-on job with good hours, no weekends, and plenty of overtime? We are hiring a dependable Construction Laborer to join our team in the 1604 & Judson area of San Antonio.

No construction experience? No problem! We are willing to train motivated candidates who are ready to work. Candidates with construction experience can start at $19.00/hour.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with daily construction and warehouse operations

  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials

  • Help prepare materials and work areas for construction projects

  • Assist construction crews with various hands-on tasks

  • Use basic hand tools and equipment

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all company safety procedures

  • Perform general labor and other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Dependable and reliable

  • Hardworking and willing to learn

  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

  • Able to lift and move materials as needed

  • Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work with your hands throughout the shift

  • Construction experience is a plus, but not required

  • Must be willing to complete a drug screen

  • Must be safety-conscious and follow instructions

Pay & Schedule

$18.00/hour – No construction experience

$19.00/hour – Previous construction experience

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

NO WEEKENDS!

Overtime available for employees who want additional hours

Required PPE

Employees are required to provide and wear:

  • Steel-toe boots

  • Hard hat

  • Safety glasses

  • Leather work gloves

Tools

Required tools will be provided for the position. A $60 tool cost will be deducted from the employee's first paycheck.

Background Check

No background check is required.

A drug screen is required prior to employment.
