## Chat Support Agent — Remote — 15 - 18/hr No. Gigiddy is hiring a dedicated Chat Support Agent to join our remote Gig. Squad. This role supports our mission to improve the gig worker experience on our platform and across partner staffing apps. The position is remote (Dallas, Texas, United States) and pays 15 - 18/hr. You'll be a primary point of contact for gig workers using our chat support system. Day-to-day, you will respond promptly to gig workers' inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information. You'll address and resolve concerns, issues, or complaints with empathy and professionalism and collaborate with teammates to create a seamless chat experience. Staying up-to-date with the features and functionalities of the No. Gigiddy platform and our partner staffing apps will be part of your work, and you will assist gig workers in navigating the No. Gigiddy platform and troubleshoot any technical issues they encounter. You will also: - Actively promote the benefits and features of No. Gigiddy to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation. - Document and escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance. We are looking for candidates who meet the following: - Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. - Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple chat conversations efficiently. - Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset, with a genuine desire to help gig workers succeed. - Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate software applications and work with chat support tools. - Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity and focus. - Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends, to provide support as needed.
