About the Role
Welcome guests and help create a positive experience from the moment they arrive. As a Cashier, you will assist customers, handle drink orders, support drive-thru service, and carry out front-of-house duties.

Paid Training and Career Growth
Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
No previous experience is required for this entry-level position. Paid training is provided, and applicants with backgrounds in cashiering, serving, cooking, or other customer service roles are welcome.
You can expand your skills through cross-training and additional responsibilities, with opportunities to move into training roles. Training and performance evaluations may also qualify you for pay increases during your first year.

Customer Service and Restaurant Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous assistance
- Take orders and process payments quickly and accurately
- Handle drink orders and drive-thru duties
- Support front-of-house operations
- Keep tables, floors, and other restaurant areas clean
- Follow safety and food preparation procedures
- Communicate effectively in person and in writing
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Coordinate with teammates to maintain efficient service
- Manage multiple tasks effectively
Physical Requirements
- Safely lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bend, kneel, twist, and stoop as needed
- Move up and down stairs
- Reach for and grasp objects overhead and below waist level

- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
