Associate Account Manager – Entry Level

Job Description:

  • Learn and support project management across paid media, SEO, and development
  • Learn internal and client communication processes, including deck building
  • Shadow client calls and take notes for the lead Account Executive
  • Own recurring internal projects such as content calendar updates, content assignment, and Paid Media roster updates
  • Prepare client decks ahead of syncs
  • Track action items, due dates, and next steps in Asana
  • Manage timelines for deliverables across 2–4 client accounts
  • Communicate directly with clients via email, Slack, and calls
  • Build and format client-facing decks and materials
  • QA client assets before launch, including landing pages, ads, and strategy decks
  • Organize and advance projects and deliverables in Asana
  • Take notes during internal and client calls and track next steps
  • Coordinate internal resources and manage project timelines
  • Provide cross-functional support to account, project management, SEO, paid media, development, design, and executive projects

Requirements:

  • 0-1 years of experience in account coordination, project management, marketing, or a similar role
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Initiative and comfort figuring things out while managing competing priorities
  • Eagerness to learn how performance marketing, creative, development, and client services work together
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing own time in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Experience using Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Team player willing to coordinate with project members and assist others when needed
  • Eligibility to work in the United States may be verified
  • Successful completion of applicable background checks may be required
