We don’t skip the climb — we’ve just made it fast and transparent.</p><p></p><p><strong>📞 What you'll be doing</strong></p><p>As a BDA, you’ll be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in industries like <strong>Financial Services</strong> and <strong>Home Improvement</strong>.</p><ul><li><p>Handle <strong>inbound leads</strong> — warm calls, no cold prospecting.</p></li><li><p>Turn interest into action: <strong>bookings, appointments, enrollments.</strong></p></li><li><p>Own your performance and get real-time coaching to improve fast.</p></li><li><p>Work a full-time shift (40 hrs/week), scheduled between 12 PM<strong> and 12 AM EST</strong>.</p></li></ul><p>You’ll be measured — but you’ll never be micromanaged.
