Appointment Setter - Outbound Calls for Web Design Studio (Remote)

Atelier Web Studio is a small web design studio that builds clean, fast websites for local businesses, from one-page sites to full custom builds. We handle design, hosting, and launch. We need people who enjoy talking to business owners and can book us a steady stream of short introductory calls.

PAY

This is a commission-based independent-contractor (1099) role. You earn $300 to $400 for every website that closes from a consultation you booked, depending on the package sold. There is no hourly wage or base salary. Commission is paid when the client's deposit clears. Callers who book 2 to 10 closed sites a month earn roughly $600 to $4,000 a month, uncapped.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Call small businesses from a lead list we provide (restaurants, contractors, salons, professional practices, and other local businesses with outdated or missing websites).

- Introduce Atelier in a friendly, low-pressure way and book a 15-minute consultation on our calendar.

- Log each call and outcome in a shared sheet.

- Follow up by text or email using the templates we give you.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

- Lead lists, a short call script, objection notes, and a booking link.

- Clear criteria for what counts as a qualified consultation.

- Sample sites and transparent pricing ($760 to $6,660) that prospects can understand on the first call.

- Fast feedback on every booking so you know what is closing and why.

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU

- Are comfortable making 40 to 80 outbound calls per session and keeping a positive tone.

- Speak clearly and professionally with business owners. Prior phone sales, appointment setting, or customer-service experience is a plus but not required.

- Are reliable about logging calls and following up.

- Have a quiet workspace, a computer, and dependable internet. We can supply a calling app.
