Job Description:

Amazon Account Executive

Location: London - Hybrid, 2 days per week in our North London office (Archway)

Employment: Full-time, permanent

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience

Experience: 1-2 years hands-on Amazon experience

Reporting to: Head of Ecommerce

About Atlantic Access

Atlantic Access helps US consumer brands launch and grow across the UK and Europe. We provide a turnkey solution covering ecommerce, Amazon marketplace management, logistics, warehousing and wider market expansion.

We manage a growing portfolio of consumer brands across Amazon UK and European marketplaces. Our ecommerce team includes account management, PPC, administration and strategic support, with dedicated Stock & Logistics and Creative teams supporting the wider business.

We are a small, growing business. You will work closely with senior management, get exposure to multiple brands and markets, and have a genuine route to greater responsibility as you develop.

The Role

We are looking for an Amazon Account Executive with 1-2 years of hands-on Amazon experience to join our ecommerce team.

This is a support and execution role. You will work directly under our Head of Ecommerce, carrying out the day-to-day work that keeps our brands performing across Amazon UK and Europe: listings, catalogue, content, reporting and account health. You will not be expected to own brand strategy or run client relationships on your own.

What you will get is close, hands-on training from someone who does this at a senior level every day, across real accounts, real budgets and multiple European marketplaces. Most people at this stage of their career are managing one account in isolation. You will see how a whole portfolio is built and grown.

We want someone who is curious. Not just able to make the change, but interested in why an account is performing the way it is and what should happen next. If you want to be managing your own brands within 18 to 24 months, this is the role that gets you there.

Key Responsibilities

Account Support & Execution
  • Carry out day-to-day Amazon tasks across assigned brands in the UK and European marketplaces, under the direction of the Head of Ecommerce.
  • Maintain listings, catalogue structure, variations, A+ Content and Brand Stores.
  • Spot and flag catalogue, suppression, account health, Buy Box and content issues, and resolve the routine ones yourself.
  • Keep clear priorities and follow through across multiple brands without dropping tasks.
Content & Conversion
  • Write and optimise titles, bullet points and descriptions.
  • Carry out keyword, competitor and category research.
  • Support A+ Content and Brand Store updates, working with our creative team on imagery and product content.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Track sales, traffic, conversion and organic ranking across your brands.
  • Pull together regular performance reports and flag changes early.
  • Help investigate why performance has moved and contribute ideas on what to do about it.
Advertising Support
  • Work alongside our PPC Manager, reviewing performance data and flagging issues.
  • Use search-term and advertising data to inform keyword and content work.
  • You will not be responsible for campaign execution, but you will learn how PPC and organic performance fit together.
Team Coordination
  • Work with the Head of Ecommerce, PPC, administration, creative and Stock & Logistics teams.
  • Monitor stock availability from an ecommerce perspective and flag risks early.
  • Brief colleagues clearly, follow up actions and escalate blockers quickly.
What We're Looking For

Essential

  • 1-2 years hands-on Amazon experience, particularly Seller Central.
  • Experience creating or optimising Amazon listings and catalogue content.
  • Working understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword research.
  • Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets and explaining what you are seeing.
  • Strong written English and a good eye for detail.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage several tasks at once without being chased.
Desirable
  • Experience across more than one Amazon marketplace, particularly in Europe.
  • Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Data Dive or Amazon Brand Analytics.
  • Exposure to Amazon PPC.
  • Agency or multi-brand ecommerce experience.
  • Additional European languages.
Development & Progression This role is designed as a step up. You will start by becoming genuinely good at the Amazon fundamentals across your brands. As you prove yourself, you will take on more: owning accounts, making commercial recommendations, contributing to growth plans and dealing directly with clients.

We are a growing team and we would rather promote someone we have trained than hire in. If you want a job where you do the same thing in three years, this is not it.
