Admin Specialist

Your impact: Add content to the admin panel: working with video, photo, and audio files, text materials, and a workout builder. Perform final content review before publication. Coordinate a remote team’s work, form and assign tasks, ensure timely delivery and quality of results. Manage the content population processes for the administrative platform, implement improvements, and optimize workflows. Administer the database: collect, structure, and organize content; conduct regular audits of materials to maintain their relevance and accuracy. About you: Experience working with admin panels (CMS) and content, understanding of builder logic. Proficient in Google Sheets. Strong communication and self-organization skills, ability to learn quickly and take initiative in finding process optimization solutions. High focus and attention to detail. Ability to work with large volumes of information and perform routine tasks with quality. English proficiency at B2 level or higher, confident communication both verbally and in writing. Will be a plus: Experience with Figma, Dropbox, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for task management, media files, and documentation. Experience in project and people management.
