Account Manager, OTAs – O-EMEA

Job Description:

  • Grow and develop Disney’s Online Travel Agency partnerships across O-EMEA, excluding the UK
  • Lead commercially focused account plans and partner marketing activity to strengthen distribution, improve channel performance, and drive measurable revenue growth
  • Develop annual account plans for priority OTA partners aligned with business priorities, market opportunities, and channel performance goals
  • Lead partner marketing campaigns to improve visibility, conversion, and booking performance across multiple markets
  • Collaborate with country teams, central stakeholders, marketing, commercial, creative, approvals teams, and external partners
  • Build strong relationships with OTA partners and unlock new commercial opportunities
  • Manage a focused portfolio of priority OTA partners and lead moderately complex cross-functional projects
  • Use data, market insight, and feedback to identify opportunities and shape commercial recommendations
  • Coordinate integrated OTA commercial and marketing activation plans across timing, messaging, product priorities, localisation, and partner requirements
  • Ensure OTA activity is delivered clearly, on brand, and on time
  • Improve presentation, merchandising, content, and product information for Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort across third-party platforms
  • Track performance and convert data into actions improving conversion, revenue, and partner effectiveness
  • Contribute regional market insight and partner feedback to OTA strategy, planning, and forecasting
  • Build scalable ways of working and mentor others on OTA channel best practices

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial judgement and travel industry account management experience
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver partner marketing activity, including campaign planning, promotional execution, digital activation, creative development, and performance review
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data, assess OTA distribution performance, identify trends or risks, and translate insights into clear commercial recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills across multiple markets, central functions, matrix organisations, and external partners
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working across EMEA markets, with cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to local market nuances
  • Strong English language skills; additional European languages are desirable
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in travel industry sales, account management, or commercial and marketing roles
  • Experience in key account management across retail travel trade, OTAs, or tour operators
  • Track record of delivering against annual sales targets
